Founded by Eric Josefson and Justin Heisig, The Burn Down is a podcast with conversations with people from all walks of life. Our man Ray is back on The Burn Down Podcast! We had the pleasure of first meeting Ray back in 2020 and we're back for part 2! Ray Cash Care is a Navy SEAL veteran. He toured Iraq and Afghanistan providing security protection for various US government agencies, including the CIA.
After serving his country Ray wanted to channel his passion and experience on helping others improve their own lives. Ray travels across America to work with various organizations, from fortune 500 companies to youth groups. He speaks on motivation, accountability, and fitness.
Additionally, Ray Care is a highly respected key-note speaker who delivers impactful and energetic talks to organizations across the United States on leadership, organizational transformation, building high-functioning teams, and fitness.
