This week, we sit down with Navy Veteran and FDNY Fire Marshal Jose Prosper. An unforgettable conversation working as a jet mechanic on ships and submarines for the U.S. Naval Forces during the Gulf War. To joining the FDNY in 1998, Jose shares captivating stories from his time in the Navy and his rise through the ranks of New York’s Bravest.
Jose also reflects on his first year as a firefighter, which included the life-altering events of 9/11, offering a powerful and personal perspective on that historic day.

Nicole, a seasoned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience, is the founder of Infinite You Wellness Clinic.
